Step 1: Choose the toys your child would like to play with and fill up your tub.

Step 2: A Tub of Toys Delivery Manager will contact you via email to set up your delivery date and time.

Step 3: Make sure someone 18 years or older is at your home or office to receive your tub!

How many toys can I choose?

• You can choose up to 6 toys to put into your tub.  Some of our larger toys and electronic toys count as 2 of your 6 toys, and that will be reflected in your tub at checkout. 

Are your toys clean?

• Absolutely!  Between uses, toys succumb to a nontoxic cleanser that scrubs playthings of dirt and then move to a commercial-grade steam cleaner that kills 99.9% of all germs and bacteria. After the sanitizing process, Tub of Toys individually shrink wraps each toy, to ensure your childs' little fingers will be the first thing that comes in contact with it.

What happens if my child breaks a toy?

• In the event that your child breaks a toy, you will be asked to purchase that toy at a discounted rate.

What happens if we lose a piece to a toy?

• In the event that you lose a piece, you will be give a few extra days to try and locate it.  If the piece cannot be found you will be charged a "replacement part fee" so we can buy the needed pieces to get the toy back into our inventory.  This fee usually runs between $3 - $5.

How do I order a new Tub of Toys?

• You simply log back in to your account and pick 6 new toys to fill up your tub.  After you check out, one of our delivery drivers will coordinate the best time to deliver your new Tub of Toys.

What happens if I receive a broken toy?

• Please let us know as soon as possible.  Tub of Toys will give you the option of receiving an extra toy in your next delivery, or we will bring you a replacement toy of your choice.
